Well, there would be oxygen inside the spaceships so there could probably be exploding spaceships but the explosions might not expand very far and look crummy.
I think it’s time NASA built some unmanned ships to blow them up in space so we can make sure our special effects are accurate and people won’t make fun of us in a thousand years.
