Dude, don’t call the punisher evil, I just read a space punisher comic and you don’t want to mess with that guy. He even broke into Avengers HQ in Assemble City on Avengers-Planet.
Anyways, for the record and the marvel lawyers – that is no Punisher symbol. 😉

Hm, that might be a good idea. But they only come unlicensed, with a GPS-Tracker, so Marvel can locate you and sue you for owning it. For thematic reasons.
